Our History

The Bon Appetit Software division of Pacific Triangle Software, located in Shreveport, Louisiana, was founded in 1986 and was one of the first companies dedicated to school food service software systems.

As an IBM Business Partner, Bon Appetit Software developed its applications on the IBM AS/400. Today, our Bon Appetit Software product still runs in the IBM iSeries environment as well as in Microsoft Windows XP, Win 2003, Win 2000, Win 98 and Windows NT. The system operates in network environments utilizing the Windows network architecture.

The Panda Software product line was subsequently introduced to provide a seamless Windows interface across many of our product modules. Panda products focus on end-user simplicity.

Our full product offering is flexible and highly customizable, making it cost-effective and easy to build upon your existing technology infrastructure.
