Our newest department, Special Services, was formed in an effort to provide our customers with expanded services. Over the past several months we have helped many of our users when their needs were beyond the scope of our software support contract.
A few of the areas in which our technicians are available to serve you are:

- Software upgrades
- Hardware and software installation
- Hardware upgrades and additions
- Recovery from system crashes
- Preventative maintenance on hardware and data
- General system trouble shooting
- Systems planning and configuration
In addition to these and other services, the Special Services department can provide you with all your hardware needs at very competitive prices. We can supply everything from a diskette drive to complete systems including tape drives, monitors, network cards and software, as well as specialty items such as bar code printing software and recognition hardware. Major brand names, such as IBM and Compaq, are available as well as hardware from PC clone vendors.
Turnkey Solutions
One of the most exciting new services we have undertaken is providing our customers with a total hardware and software solution, better known as a "turnkey" system. Purchasing a turnkey system from Pacific Triangle Software, Inc. means the system arrives at the customer site ready to plug in and run. All software, including operating systems, communications and Bon Appetit Software or Panda Software modules, and all hardware, including printers, terminals and modems, is installed and tested in our office before a turnkey system is shipped.
Our customers have found that the turnkey systems approach eases the stress factor involved in any new installation — and if any problems or questions arise, be it hardware or software related, they only have to make one phone call.
